This course describes the skills and knowledge required to initiate and organise a quality audit with an auditee. It covers assessing the scope and objectives of a quality audit; communicating with the auditee regarding the proposed quality audit; identifying resources required to conduct the audit; and developing and submitting a quality audit plan.

It applies to individuals with a theoretical knowledge base in quality auditing who are proficient in using a wide range of specialised, quality auditing and managerial techniques to plan, carry out and evaluate a quality audit.

Units of Competency:

  • Initiate an internal audit;
  • Conduct an internal audit;
  • Report on an internal audit.

Certification:

A Statement of Completion will be issued upon successful completion of the course.

Delivery:

This course is delivered online. Participants will need to have access to an internet enabled computer, and access to an actual workplace or simulated environment. Once course is paid in full the enrolled learner will receive an email the next business day with the link to the course and course completion details.

All participants must be over 16 years of age and in good health

On-Completion:
